We want you to pay for a website you like and nothing else. That is why you see it before you pay anything. This page explains when you pay and how canceling works.
1. The short version

2. The free demo
Before you pay anything, we build your real homepage as a free demo. We can also place it among the websites of up to 30 competitors in your area, or as many as you want, so you can judge the design yourself. If you don't like it, you pay nothing.
3. The monthly plan ($297)
The Website + AI plan is billed monthly through Stripe. A monthly charge is not refunded once that month has started. Cancel before your next billing date to stop future charges. Your site and AI tools keep working until the end of the month you paid for.
4. The quarterly plan ($997 per month)
The Website + AI SEO plan is billed every 3 months in advance, and the minimum term is one quarter.
SEO takes time to show results, and we put real work in up front: setting up and personalizing your AI SEO employee and AI receptionist for your business. If you leave in the middle of a quarter, that work has already been done, so the rest of the quarter is not refunded. Cancel before your next quarter starts and you won't be charged again. Your service keeps running until the end of the quarter you paid for.
5. An example
Maria owns a plumbing company in Boise. We build her free demo and show it next to 30 other plumbers' websites in her area.
- If Maria doesn't like it, she walks away and pays nothing.
- If she picks the $297 plan and cancels three months later, she isn't charged again after that month ends.
- If she picks the $997 plan, she pays $2,991 for her first quarter. If she cancels in month 2, her service runs to the end of month 3 and she isn't charged again.
6. How refunds are paid
If we ever issue a refund, it goes back to the original payment method through Stripe and can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Canceling
To cancel, email admin@cynthara.business. We will confirm the date your cancellation takes effect and, on request, send you an export of your content and lead data.
